Messaging Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 15, 2026

The program

DiPiazza Agency Customer Messaging is the text-message program operated by DiPiazza Agency, an insurance agency at 1000 McClain Road Ste 610, Bentonville, AR 72712. We use it to follow up on quotes you requested, remind you about appointments, send policy and billing notices, and answer questions you send us.

How you join

You join by doing one of these things yourself:

  • Checking the text-message consent box on our sign-up form and submitting it.
  • Giving your mobile number in our website chat and confirming the consent language shown there.
  • Texting our office first at {{ PHONE }}.

Consent boxes are never pre-checked, and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying anything from us. You can get a quote and buy a policy without ever agreeing to texts.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Most customers receive 2–6 messages per month, plus replies to any conversation you start with us.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. DiPiazza Agency does not charge you for text messages. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates apply, according to your own plan.

How to stop — reply STOP

Reply STOP to any message from us and we will stop texting that number. You will receive one confirmation message and nothing after that. You may also call or email our office and ask to be removed. Opting out of text messages does not affect your coverage, your price, or your ability to reach us by phone or email.

How to get help — reply HELP

Reply HELP to any message for program information and our contact details. You can also reach a person at our office directly:

  • Phone: {{ PHONE }}
  • Email: [email protected]
  • Mail: 1000 McClain Road Ste 610, Bentonville, AR 72712

Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier’s network and on your device, and we cannot guarantee that any message arrives or arrives on time. Do not rely on text messages for anything urgent — for time-sensitive matters, including claims, call our office.

Supported devices

Our messages are sent as standard SMS to mobile numbers on U.S. carriers. Landlines, VoIP numbers and some prepaid services may not be able to receive them.

Changing your number

If you give up a mobile number you enrolled, please tell us. We are relying on your permission for that number, and we do not want to text whoever gets it next.

Privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture of what we collect and why.

Not insurance advice, not a contract of insurance

Text messages from our office are for convenience and general service. They do not bind coverage, change a policy, or serve as proof of insurance. Only the policy documents issued by the carrier control your coverage.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top of this page when we do.
