Quotes, reminders and policy questions are easier over text. This page explains exactly what we send, how you give permission, and how to stop at any time.
There are three ways to give us permission to text you. Every one of them is something you choose — nothing is checked ahead of time for you.
Enter your name, mobile number and email, then check the text-message consent box before you submit. The box is empty until you check it yourself.
Use the chat button on this page. Before your first message is sent you will be asked for your mobile number and shown the same consent language, which you confirm yourself.
Send a text to {{ PHONE }} and we will reply in the same thread. Starting the conversation yourself is your permission for us to answer.
Tell us where to reach you. Check the consent box if you want us to be able to text that number.
Four kinds of messages, all tied to you being a customer or asking us for a quote. We do not text people who have not asked to hear from us.
When you ask us for a quote, we text you the numbers and answer your questions about them.
Reminders for policy reviews, quote appointments and scheduled calls with our office.
Renewal dates, payments coming due, documents we need, and changes to your policy.
Two-way conversation — you text our office, a person here texts you back.
The details of the program, in one place.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes — ever. Your number is used to contact you about your quote, your policies and your questions. The only outside party that touches it is the messaging platform we use to deliver the texts, and only for that purpose. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Use the chat button in the corner of this page. Leave your mobile number and we will text you back — you will be shown the consent language before your message sends.
